On 29.09.2021, STIMPEX SA as beneficiary in partnership with the NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR RESEARCH – DEVELOPMENT FOR NON-FERROUS AND RARE METALS – IMNR as Partner 1 and with the MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, THROUGH THE RESEARCH AND INNOVATION CENTER FOR CBRN DEFENSE AND ECOLOGY as Partner 2, began the implementation of the project ”Develpoment of a technological product – EOD active protection suit”, MySmis code 119658, based on a financing contract concluded with the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalization, as Intermediary Body for Research for the Competitiveness Operational Program 2014-2020.

The aim of the project is to increase private investment in RDI within STIMPEX SA by establishing a new production unit in order to develop a substantially improved product, active protection suit intended for EOD intervention forces, in order to produce and market the product on the security products market.

Stage II Execution of the industrial prototype batch Individual Immediate Decontamination Kit.

Activities:

II.1. Creation of the pilot plant for manufacturing the industrial prototype

II.2. Preparation of technical procedures for the production of the industrial prototype

II.3. Acquisition of raw materials necessary for the execution of the industrial prototype batch and conducting conformity analyses for them

II.4. Execution of the industrial prototype batch – 200 pcs. TIDI

II.5. Analysis of the physicochemical properties of the decontamination solution and powder from the TIDI component.

III.2. Development of initial technical specifications for the underclothing PPE prototypes;

III.3. Development of prototypes of underclothing PPE in a modular structure;

III.5. Establishment of an experimentation program in real conditions of use of underclothing PPE;
